Your Impact
- Help Scout is sharpening its go-to-market motion for growth focused on pipeline, trials, and customer expansion.
- As VP of Marketing, you will lead full-funnel marketing at a product-led company ready to scale.
- You will shape growth strategy, brand storytelling, differentiation, and values across the customer journey.
- Oversee teams responsible for content, design, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing.
- Supported by an AEO expert and a top brand agency.
- Hands-on leadership role with high accountability and autonomy in a remote-first environment.
About the role
- Accountable to marketing revenue number and KPIs.
- Support full customer journey from first touch through expansion.
- Use data to guide decisions and adjust strategy as needed.
- Establish clear planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps on go-to-market strategy.
- Own modern marketing systems, automation, and emerging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale.
About You
- Marketing leader with deep B2B SaaS experience focused on SMB.
- Accountable to outcomes close to revenue.
- Experience as marketing leader or Head of Growth at B2B SaaS companies with $30M-$150M ARR.
- Experienced in handling pricing changes, growth plateaus, or shifts from brand-led growth to disciplined execution.
- High standards; elevates others; clear and empathetic communication in remote settings.
- Comfortable shipping work quickly, measuring results, adjusting strategies balancing performance goals with long-term vision.
